The official Diversity Visa Lottery program, managed by the U.S. Department of State, requires a mandatory $1 USD registration fee. This fee is charged by the U.S. Government, not by us. The official website for the DV Lottery is dvprogram.state.gov. This is the U.S. Government's official fee and is separate from our service charges.
We facilitate DV Lottery applications for Ethiopian residents by accepting payments through local Ethiopian banks (including Telebirr, Dashen Bank, Abyssinia Bank, M-Pesa, and Commercial Bank of Ethiopia). We process the official $1 USD DV fee to the U.S. Government on your behalf, converting your local currency payment. Our service fee covers local payment processing, application form assistance, photo preparation and formatting, document review and verification, and application submission support.
